L'Oréal Finalizes Deal for YSL Beauté

Transfer expected next month.

PPR and L'Oréal said Wednesday that they have finalized the YSL Beauté licensing agreements and the sale of the company under the terms announced on Jan. 23. The companies said they plan for an effective transfer at the end of June, following authorization from competition authorities.
