Expo Holdings, Inc., which wholly owns D&D Displays, Inc., has signed a binding letter of intent to acquire Southern Candle of North Wilkesboro, NC. The transaction is expected to be complete in the next few weeks.

Southern Candle is located at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The company's products are sold by hundreds of retail locations throughout the U.S.

According to Expo Holdings, Southern Candle has an established nationwide network of distributors, and with over $5 million in revenues, the company is a welcomed addition to the Expo family.
