Coty and Puig Expand Distribution Agreement

Coty Beauty to distribute additional Puig Beauty fragrance brands.

Coty Inc. and Puig Beauty & Fashion Group announced that Coty’s Coty Beauty division will distribute the Antonio Banderas fragrance lines in the U.S. effective January 1, 2009.

The addition of the Antonio Banderas brand strengthens the existing distribution partnership between Coty and Puig. Coty currently distributes a number of prestige brands, such as Prada, Nina Ricci, Carolina Herrera and Paco Rabanne, for Puig in the United States and Canada in selective distribution.
