Drom Bids Farewell to Former CEO

Dr. Bruno Storp remembered by many
Dr. Bruno Storp, former chief executive officer of Drom Fragrances, passed away on March 30, 2009 at the age of 82. For more than 60 years, he personified Drom’s uniqueness in the fragrance industry, said the company.
Mr. Storp took over Drom from his father in 1946, and represented the second generation to run the family business. With the expansion of international activities and the founding of subsidiaries in the U.S., Japan and then Australia, helaid the foundation back in the 1970s for much of the firm’s current business activities.
Today his sons, Dr. Ferdinand Storp and Dr. Andreas Storp, are the third generation to manage the company.
