Ethnic hair and skin care marketer CeXpress is in negotiation with like brand Carol's Daughter affiliate, EG Foster Group for building the brand. Carol's Express, LLC is the maker of ceXpress hair and skin care products currently sold in big box retailers, such as Wal-Mart.

"While I am not in a position to speak freely about our negotiations with EG Foster Group, I will say this deal has been a long time in the making and I look forward to moving the business forward with them as an integral part of my team," said Donyale Bush, chief operating officer, Carol's Express, LLC.
