Bradford Soap Works Acquires Stahl Soap

Will move Stahl production to Rhode Island.

Bradford Soap Works, West Warwick, RI acquired Stahl Soap for an undisclosed amount on June 9.

According to Chris Buckley, executive vice president, business development at Bradford, this acquisition solidifies Bradford's position as North America and the world’s number one specialty bar soap manufacturer. Stahl Soap is based in Hoboken, NJ.

"We will acquire business with both new and existing customers of Bradford and it is our intention to bring the majority, if not all of the manufacturing of these products into our West Warwick, RI facility," explained Mr. Buckley. "This process will take a number of weeks as we expand our capacity at this facility to ensure a smooth transition with no disruption to new and existing customers."
