Korean Men's Market Jumps 17%

More guys care about the way they look.
Korean men want to look their best and they are willing to pay for it. Sales within the Korean men's cosmetics makret jumped 17% last year to 610 billion won, according to Korean Times.
Why the surge in interest? Industry observers said it's because it isn't taboo anymore for a man to care about his looks, which is why beauty-conscious men who are both masculine and stylish are no longer grooming with their bathroom doors shut. The increase in interest on grooming should provide a boost to local and multinational cosmetics companies.
