Laboratoires Serobiologiques, active cosmetic ingredients division of Cognis, has appointed Cynthia Klein as Western USA Regional Manager for Lab Sero Cosmetic Active Ingredients, with responsibility for the Lab Sero product line within Cognis Care Chemicals. She has almost 20 years experience in the cosmetic industry and was previously with Aquea Scientific, as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, and prior to this at Induchem, Amerchol and ISP in sales and marketing roles.
