Matrix appointed Elisa Fischer as the new vice president marketing, Matrix U.S. She will be responsible for strengthening the brand’s development and will lead the marketing, integrated communications, purchasing, promotional and creative development departments for Matrix.

A member of the L’Oreal family since 2002, she was instrumental in the launch of Luocolor, the restage of Majirel and effectively managed the entire L’Oreal Professional color portfolio. In October 2005, she moved to Matrix as director of marketing where she was responsible for the hair color and texture business, growing the business, after which she joined Logics as senior director of marketing and successfully developed the marketing vision, brand strategy and repositioning of the entire Logics portfolio.
