The HallStar Company promoted two of its more experienced employees to newly created positions to better serve its growing customer base.

Bill Bausback was named director of sales and strategic accounts for personal care ingredients. In the new position, he will concentrate on helping global customers use HallStar’s portfolio of patented photostabilizers, including SolaStay S1, in sun care and additional personal care products.

Carmen Masciantonio was named business director for personal care ingredients, expanding his role to cover sales and marketing activities for all North American personal care accounts. His previous title was director of marketing for personal care ingredients.
