A New President for Sephora EME

Spindler started her career at LVMH within the House of Guerlain. She is a graduate of the EDHEC Business School.

Catherine Spindler is the new president of Sephora Europe and Middle East. She will assume the role on January 27. Spindler succeeds Sylvie Moreau.

Spindler joins the global leadership team and reports to Guillaume Motte, president and chief executive officer of Sephora. The beauty retailer is owned by LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton.

Since 2019, Spindler has worked at Lacoste, where she served as deputy CEO for three years. Before that, Spindler was the chief brand officer. In 2014, She joined Vente-Privée Group as chief marketing officer. She joined Rocher in 2001 and oversaw the Yves Rocher brand’s expansion in Asia. In 2008, she became a vice president and member of the Dr. Pierre Ricaud brand’s executive committee.
