Ei now has minoxidil in a convenient sprayer version available for private label and branded customers, according to the company. Minoxidil, which was first used as an oral drug to treat high blood pressure, was later found to induce hair growth.When formulated into a topical solution and applied to the scalp, minoxidil demonstrates statistical significance in increasing hair growth in both men and women. It is the only FDA approved product available without a prescription that is proven to grow hair, said the company.
