Green Bridge Industries, Inc., Ridgewood, NJ, has signed an accord to acquire Absolute Natural Blenders, Inc. (ANB), a privately held contract filler and blender of FDA regulated custom personal-care products for the hotel, resort and destination spa industry. The Melbourne, FL-based company’s client base consists of hotels, resorts and spas in the U.S., according to Green Bridge, which offers non-toxic, environmentally friendly cleaning products. “The manufacturing capabilities and relationships ANB has in the resort and spa industry, combined with the ‘green’ initiatives of Green Bridge, creates an excellent opportunity to deliver value to our loyal shareholders,” stated David Gubb, chief executive officer of Green Bridge Industries, Inc. “We look forward to leveraging each company’s talents, capabilities and resources. Once the deal is finalized, ANB will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Green Bridge Industries, with day-to-day operations under the supervision of the current management team of ANB.
