The National Aerosol Association (NAA) has retained Douglas Raymond, president of Raymond Regulatory Resources, to represent the NAA and its interests to regional, state and federal regulatory agencies and industry organizations. “We are very pleased to have Doug Raymond as a consultant,” said NAA president David Shaw. “Doug has many years of experience in dealing with regulators, particularly the California Air Resources Board (CARB) and the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD), and is well-versed in the regulatory process.” The association is also conducting a membership drive to bring in fresh support for its ongoing initiatives, in particular the Aerosol Promotional Alliance (APA).
