CSPA’s, AOCS’ “New Horizons” Conference Deadlines Extended

The Consumer Specialty Products Association (CSPA) and the American Oil Chemists’ Society(AOCS) will host “New Horizons 2004: changing strategies in changing times,” Sept. 19-22 at TheSagamore Resort, Lake George, NY. Organizers have extended the “Early Bird” registration deadlinefor the conference to Aug. 27, the same deadline for the reduced room rate. Also, The Sagamore isthe only hotel on the island and rooms cannot be guaranteed after Aug. 27.

“New Horizons” is held every third year. This year, the conference topics include how to work smarter,not harder and doing more with less; developing new technologies and novel cleaning methods for thefuture; cleaning for health and dealing with infectious diseases, allergens, mold, bioterrorism andemerging pathogens; meeting tomorrow’s challenges today by staying abreast of current trends andsustainable development and green chemistry.
