CPL Aromas: welcomed Mary Flowerdew as the group’s new quality director and will assume responsibility for all aspects of quality assurance throughout the company’s worldwide sites.

Flowerdew has vast experience in the fragrance industry, having worked for Zimmerman Hobs, PFW and Symrise. Most recently she worked for Jeyes as the company’s quality assurance director.

•Regis Corporation: named Daniel Hanrahan as its new president and chief executive officer, effective Aug. 6, 2012. He will also become a member of the Regis board.

Hanrahan joins Regis from Royal Caribbean Cruises, where he was most recently president and CEO as well. He was responsible for managing all aspects of the Celebrity Cruise brand, according to the company.
