The FDA has canceled the public meeting “International Cooperation on Cosmetics Regulation (ICCR)- Preparation for ICCR-14 Meeting” scheduled for April 14, 2020 due to the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak and consistent with guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention concerning mitigation strategies. A Federal Register Notice will be posted with this information in the coming days. The purpose of the meeting was to invite public input on various topics pertaining to the regulation of cosmetics.
