Is hair care company Vogue International LLC up for sale? According to reports, three of the biggest personal care companies—Unilever, Henkel and L’Oréal—are bidding for Vogue, which sells the OGX, Proganix and FX brand hair care products as well as Maui Moisture, a beauty line.

The Clearwater, FL-based company was founded by Todd Christopher. Its OGX and brands are sold mostly in mass market outlets.  Private equity firm The Carlyle Group took a minority stake in the growing hair care maker in early 2014.

The OGX rnage was once known as Organix but was rebranded when the line’s organic status came under fire in Calinfornia.
