PLZ Personal Care, a division of PLZ Corp and North American leader in specialty aerosol and liquid product manufacturing for premier brands in the personal care market, has promoted Steve Dickstein to president of PLZ Personal Care.

“I am pleased to begin my new role as president of PLZ Personal Care during such an exciting time in the division’s growth path,” said Steve Dickstein, president of PLZ Personal Care. “Since joining PLZ, we have expanded our capacity and capabilities in support of our mission to be the partner of choice for our customers. I am proud of our world class team and their commitment to enabling our customers to succeed.”

Dickstein joined PLZ as senior vice president commercial in 2019 upon PLZ’s acquisition of Liquid Technologies, where he formerly served as CEO. With a proven track record of fostering business growth and leadership, Dickstein has played an instrumental role in expanding PLZ Personal Care’s business over the last few years. PLZ’s full-service personal care network includes more than 1.2 million combined square feet of manufacturing space and 83 filling lines across seven locations for the production and distribution of a broad range of aerosol and liquid products.

Dickstein’s promotion follows several other organizational promotions and additions to accommodate PLZ Personal Care’s growth in personal care including Brian Hayes promoted to senior vice president; Chi Le to senior R&D director; John Samman hired as sales director; Jennifer Noakes to sales director; and Mikel Pruett named site leader of PLZ Personal Care Chino, CA facility.

Before joining Liquid Technologies, Dickstein served as CEO/president of two other private equity-owned personal care businesses with a track record of EBITDA growth and successful transactions, which followed 20 years of leadership roles across two multi-national consumer goods firms, Clorox and Mars, Inc.
