The go-to event during London Fashion Week this season was Stella McCartney’s Fall 2012 London Evening collection presentation, according to sources. The exclusive blacktie affair incorporated a star-studded lineup (Shalom Harlow, Stella Tennant, Amber Valletta, Yasmin Le Bon, and Kate Moss to name but a few), magic tricks, a surprise musical dance number by some of her celebrity guests, and of course, McCartney’s new eveningwear designs shown off on a creatively improvised runway. For the event, Priti NYC designed Cats Valerian, a light, semi-sheer pink with a subtle, warm peach undertone sported on the models’ manicured nails. According to the company, the nail polish will be available in Fall 2012. McCartney also tapped the brand to create a nail color for her Spring/Summer 2012 shows, as previously reported in Happi.
