Rove, Gibbs to Appear at ACI Convention

Special guests to offer political insight at industry event.

Two political insiders will share the stage during the 2012 American Cleaning Institute (ACI) Annual Meeting & Industry Convention, Jan. 30-Feb. 4 at the Grande Lakes Orlando in Florida. Karl Rove, former deputy chief of staff and senior advisor to former President George W. Bush, and Robert Gibbs, longtime advisor to President Barack Obama and former White House press secretary, will offer “Point/Counterpoint” on the day’s leading political issues on Friday, Feb. 3 during ACI Convention Week.

“ACI members will hear a dynamic discussion of the current political season from the perspective of White House insiders Karl Rove and Robert Gibbs,” said Ernie Rosenberg, ACI president and CEO.

The Feb. 3 breakfast “Point/Counterpoint” session is the latest addition to ACI’s speaker line-up, which also includes a CEO Panel featuring Bob McDonald, chairman, president & CEO of The Procter & Gamble Company; and Jeffrey Ansell, president & CEO of The Sun Products Corporation.The CEO Panel takes place Thursday morning, Feb. 2.

Only active member companies of ACI can register for the industry convention. Early bird registration ends on Jan. 6, 2012.
