Schering-Plough Rearranges Executive Finance Department

Schering-Plough Corporation has made several changes among its corporate finance executives, including a new appointment. Effective June 1, Douglas Gingerella, most recently vice president, corporate audits, will be appointed vice president and corporate controller. Mr. Gingerella will also continue to serve as a member of the operations management team (OMT) and as an elected officer of the company.

Also effective June 1, Thomas H. Kelly, vice president and corporate controller, will be named vice president, corporate business development, a newly created position. Mr. Kelly will work on global business development opportunities and other business projects. He will also continue as a member of the OMT and an elected officer of the company.

Effective June 21, Anne Renahan will join Schering-Plough as vice president, corporate audits. Ms. Renahan will be a member of OMT. She joins Schering-Plough from Eisai Inc., where she served as executive director and controller.
