Dr. Ian McInnes was appointed senior vice president, global supply chain. Dr. McInnes will begin his new role on May 3, 2004 and will be based in the company’s world headquarters in Kenilworth, NJ.Dr. McInnes most recently served as executive vice president, supply chain, at Watson Laboratories. Prior to this position, Dr. McInnes was senior vice president, global supply, and elected officer for Pharmacia Corporation where he was responsible for 44 plants around the world, as both quality and supply reported into him. He has spent his entire career in the pharmaceutical industry, including GlaxoSmithKline, Baxter Healthcare and AstraZeneca.Dr. McInnes will be a member of Schering-Plough’s operations management team and an adviser to the executive management team.
