Table Turners clean and sanitize hard, non-porous food contact surfaces in one easy step.Thepre-moistened, no-rinse sanitizing wipes effectively kill 99.999% of bacteria such as e.coli, staphyloccus aureus and shigella boydii in 60 seconds and also kill 99.9% of salmonella and kledsiella pnuemonae in five minutes. Each wipe is pre-measured to deliver approximately 175 ppm of quaternary ammonium chlorides, taking the human error out of hand mixing disinfectants.

The wipes, which come in advanced Eco-Pak packaging, save foodservice operators an average of 24% when compared with the use of towels and detergents.
