Procedure | |
| Into a clean and sanitized container equipped with a propeller mixer, add water in phase B, then add betain, Perlastal L-30, DEA and Silsurf Di-T108. Heat to 70-75°C. Add shea butter and EGDS. Mix slowly. Mix until uniform. Cool to room temperature. In a separate vessel, add phase A ingredients one at a time. Mix until uniform. Slowly add phase B to phase A and mix until uniform. Add phase C ingredients individually with mixing into A/B until homogeneous. Adjust pH to 5.1-6.5 using citric acid in phase D. Adjust viscosity to 4,000cps ~ 9,000 cps by adding q.s. NaCl and Crothix in phase D. | |
