We have extensive experience in conducting clinical trials for shampoos and conditioners (including dandruff, scalp/hair treatments), skin moisturizers and cleaners, anti-aging treatments, antiperspirants and deodorants, men’s and women’s grooming/shaving, and more. Our capabilities include the ability to acquire skin biopsies and physical samples using various methods.

Professional and Technical Expertise
Our Medical Professionals include: board certified dermatologists, ophthalmologists, internal medicine physicians, registered nurses, medical assistants, and lab technicians.

Our Grading Professionals include: certified malodor assessors; expert graders in a variety of skin attributes including redness and dryness, age/sun pigmentation; and expert and qualified graders in a variety of hair attributes, including dandruff, percentage of gray, Ludwig, Savin, Norword, texture, diameter, oiliness, shine, flexibility, color, tone, and ease of combing.

Our Technical Professionals include: professional photographers, licensed cosmetologists, seasoned product coaches, and bio-instrumentation specialists. Our technical professionals are trained in the latest clinical assessment and imaging technologies including: Corneometer, Delfin TEWL, Aqua-flux, Skicon, Spectrophotometer, Chromameter, Cutometer, Sebumeter, Visioscan, tape stripping, Vectra, Visia, and the OLÉ™ Imager.

State-of-the-Art Facility
Our state-of-the-art 12,500 sq. ft. facility has three large private facilities to accommodate all of your testing needs, including: four specialized day-light equipped grading rooms; multiple blood borne rooms for biopsy or skin sampling; and precision climate control for standardized acclimation, as well as hot-room conditions. Our hot-room accommodates up to 45 people and has been verified to maintain temperature (100° (+/-2°)) and humidity (35% - 40% RH), without fail. Our facility also includes spacious sink areas featuring precise water temperature, flow rate, and hardness with the capacity to perform leg, head/scalp or forearm washing.
