The HydraFacial Company, an aesthetic device manufacturer, is building protocols for preparing staff to take critical measures to ensure safety of patients and employees, including:
- FaceLife Masks: HydraFacial is selling and distributing washable masks made of 82% CuTec Copper nylon to a variety of medical offices and businesses. This is a professional mask that is considerably better than cotton/paper masks or homemade masks but not at the level of a N95 or surgical masks. It is intended for professional offices and businesses.
- Temperature Checks: Customers and employees will be encouraged to have their temperature checked prior to treatment to prevent those who feel sick from infecting others in the office.
- Social Distancing Appointments: Servicing rooms will be booked 30 minutes apart to allow for cleaning and sterilization.
- Sterilization of Equipment: HydraFacial machines operate on a closed loop system so there is never any concern with co-mingling of solutions, our system has a disposable tip so each client has a fresh clean never used tip and the system has a rinse away step at the end of every treatment that cleans the machine. It is one of the safest ways to get back your healthy skin.
- Touchless Payments: HydraFacial is developing a protocol where salons and spas where HydraFaclialists provide services will not be required to touch cash or credit cards to accept payment.
