The Long Island chapter of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists will hold a one-day seminar, "From Cell Culture to Skin Care: The A-Z of bringing a product to market," on Sept. 25 at Carlyle On The Green - Bethpage State Park, Farmingdale, NY. The session will be moderated by Dr. Karl Popp.
