Markwins International chief executive officer Eric Chen announced that Markwins North America President Jim Koeppl has decided to assume a less active role within the company in order to pursue opportunities within his family business. With his understanding of the Markwins brandswet n wild, Black Radiance, Tropez and SOHOKoeppl will continue to participate for the next year as a consultant to the executive management team.
For the past three years, Jim has made exceptional contributions to Markwins North America, helping it achieve high logistic standards, invigorating the brands, establishing new distribution and growing sales, commented Mr. Chen. His leadership and team-building skills have prepared our existing management team for continued success as we execute the vision and strategic plans that have been put in place.
Martin Toh will continue to manage operations at Markwins North America and will assume a greater role in the strategic development of all business units. Matt Allen continues to manage the sales team and sales strategy for all business units, while Shawn Haynes will be responsible for the marketing of Makwins branded businesseswet n wild, Black Radiance, Tropez and Soho. Eric Weeks will now be responsible for sales and marketing on the collections business inclusive of The Color Workshop, Bath, Youth and Accessories.
