The Dial Corporation was awarded Company of the Year by Inroads at the organization’s 19th annual awards banquet. The award is presented to the corporation in the Southwest region that has exceeded all expectations and has demonstrated excellent commitment and dedication to the Inorads mission and process.
Inroads is a non-profit organization that trains and develops talented minority youth for careers in business and industry. Dial has partnered with Inroads to seek top talent for its internship program for several years. This summer, Dial employed three Inroads interns in its Research & Development and Creative Services departments.
In addition to the Company of the Year award, Dial was also nominated for the Partnership Award, and Dial’s Dr. John Billman, R&D Research Fellow, was nominated for Supervisor of the Year by his Inroads intern.
