Iluminage Beauty Inc—the venture between Unilever Ventures and Syneron Medical—has named George Cleary as its new CEO. Cleary was most recently president of Coty Beauty Americas.

As president of Coty Beauty Americas, Cleary transformed the company into a market leader and quadrupled sales. Cleary's focus on innovation, strategic acquisitions and integrated marketing programs led Coty to become one of the fastest growing beauty companies in the industry.
Before joining Coty, he spent 15 years with Johnson & Johnson, where he held general management and senior sales roles. While at Johnson & Johnson, Cleary made a significant contribution to the success of the Aveeno, Clean & Clear and ROC skin care brands. Cleary began his career in sales and trade marketing with the Nestle Food Company.
