Health Canada has ordered Orange TKO Industries (International) Inc. to recall and stop the sale of "Orange TKO Super Concentrated All Purpose" cleaning product in Canada. The product does not meet the labelling and child-resistant packaging requirements for consumer chemical products that are established in regulations under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (CCPSA).
The product contains a level of D-limonene that can pose a danger to human health, especially to children, if aspiration occurs, according to the agency.
