This is the first year that Croda’s disclosure of water management data to CDP was benchmarked, and it received a "B" rating, ahead of the global average and industry average score of "B-" (on a scale of A-F).
Croda are one of the few companies globally to disclose data against all three CDP programmes on water, climate change and forests. Croda's forest score is due to be published in December 2015.
“We are very encouraged with the outcome of CDP’s assessment of our 2015 disclosures so far," said Terry Thistlethwaite, VP-sustainability, Croda. "We are fully committed to minimising our impacts on the environment, and our transparent disclosure of data against all three CDP programmes is illustrative of this.”
