Cosmetic Design Group, LLC (CDG) has made a majority investment in per-fékt beauty, inc., an indie beauty brand. CDG is a leader in custom cosmetic design and supplies turnkey solutions to beauty retailers. Together, these two companies will develop, market and distribute the former Hollywood-based company's unique and results driven product line, the companies said in a statement.
Richard Anderson founded per-fékt beauty in 2005 and built the brand into a multi-million dollar business. The company's products available in more than 700 premium and independent beauty doors worldwide as well as online. According to the company, the Anderson a new beauty category, as "perfectors" are easy to use, multi-functional, makeup/skincare hybrids. These products instantly perfect the skin, body, eyes, cheeks, brows, lips, and lashes, without the weight or look of traditional heavy makeup. The brand is available in Sephora, Ulta, Beauty Brands, Apothia Fred Segal in Los Angeles and other select boutiques while establishing a significant international presence as well.
