Nestlé Skin Health S.A. has entered into a definitive agreement with direct marketer Guthy-Renker LLC to acquire a majority stake in a joint venture focused on the global consumer acne market. The new venture will unite Nestlé Skin Health’s science-based innovation and expertise in skin health with Guthy-Renker’s consumer insights and digital expertise under the Proactiv brand, the world’s leading non-prescription acne brand.
This transaction is subject to competition authority clearances and other customary closing conditions.
