Inolex welcomed Arthur “Art” Knox as vice president and global head of personal care sales. In this role, he will have responsibility for leadership of the company’s global sales team, developing new business opportunities and creating customized solutions for client needs.
Prior to joining Inolex, he held senior leadership roles with Croda International for close to three decades. In his recent role as managing director, global personal care Sales, Knox was responsible for developing a cohesive global sales team that initiated collaborations with key multinational clients. Prior to that he spent five years in Singapore leading Croda’s Asia Pacific Consumer business where he expanded its global footprint by opening up new offices, labs and collaboration centers in China, Singapore, Korea, Indonesia and Vietnam.

Knox was recently appointed to the Personal Care Products Council board of directors as an associate director. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers University and an MBA from California State University.
