Ranir LLC, which recently acquired the Rembrandt trademarks, has closed on the purchase of its 200,000-square-foot corporate headquarters, R&D and manufacturing facility in Grand Rapids.
In 22 years, Ranir has grown from a small tenant to occupy the entire building at 4701 East Paris in Grand Rapids.
The company said it purchased the property to allow Ranir and its brands the flexibility to renovate or realign the facility to meet its continued growth.

The building – and its signature minty-fresh smell throughout – includes office space, product development and testing, as well as ISO certified manufacturing.
"We continue to invest in our business from research and product development to acquisitions and new talent, and felt purchasing our long-time corporate headquarters was an important move to give us complete autonomy and agility in how we operate our business and utilize our space," said Rich Sorota, president and chief executive officer of Ranir. "Our building environment is a critical tool to creating and making great products and serving our retailer and consumer partners, and this is another step toward our goal of delivering affordable, healthy smiles to millions of households every day."
Ranir employs more than 550 associates at its corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility, which produces oral care products for many of the nation's leading retailers around the world.
