It’s a 10 Haircare added Steven Clopton to its executive team as senior vice president of global sales. For over two decades, Clopton has been a leader in the professional hair care and retail beauty industry, bringing a wealth of experience, knowledge and new perspective to the brand.
Prior to his career in professional hair, he spent five years in management for beauty retailers such as Sephora, The Body Shop and Bath and Body Works. He started his career in the professional beauty industry as a sales consultant for Maly's in 2002. Clopton then spent 11 years with Henkel Beauty Care as the national director of sales for the Schwarzkopf professional brand. Since November 2016, he has served as the vice president of sales for Revlon under the Professional Brands Division which included American Crew, Revlon Professional, CND and d:fi brands.

He joins CEO and founder of It’s a 10 Haircare, Carolyn Aronson, who became the sole owner of the company in January of this year, alongside one of America’s top marketing minds, president of It’s a 10 Haircare, Jeff Aronson.
