For Fall/Holiday 2017, Cargo has created Emerald City, a limited-edition makeup collection inspired by the culture of Seattle.
“Neon has a very unique, fun and exciting approach to beauty that fits in with the vibe of Seattle,” said Brian Robinson, President of Cargo Cosmetics.
The Emerald City collection contains six limited-edition offerings including an eye shadow palette containing 12 Seattle-inspired shades, from rich greens and shimmering gold hues to natural-looking nudes and neutrals. Additionally, Cargo will debut an Emerald City Swimmables Eye Pencil Kit containing four highly pigmented eye liners, a Mascara Kit containing three full-size Cargo mascaras, a 6-Piece Travel Gel Lip Kit and 6-Piece Essential Lip Gloss Kit.
For the first time in the brand’s history, Cargo Cosmetics will also include an Emerald City Blockbuster Palette in its Fall/Holiday offering. Packaged in a deep green palette with a gold ornamental design, the collection of 44 eye shadow shades features a wide range of trendsetting hues for only $39.
The Emerald City collection will debut in more than 1,100 Kohl’s department stores in September 2017. Neon Hitch will appear in all elements of the brand’s comprehensive marketing campaign including print and digital advertising, in-store displays, public relations, event appearances and social media.
