Delta Brands Inc. has acquired the dollar/value business of Personal Care Products LLC, through a newly formed affiliate. With this acquisition, Delta Brands says it has strengthened its position as the leading supplier of value-priced everyday consumable products in the health and beauty care and household care categories.
The acquisition brings under the same umbrella Lucky Super Soft, Personal Care, Baby Love, My Fair Baby, Clarisse and Shea Solutions health and beauty brands Powerhouse, Home Select and Great Scents home care.
