Revlon, Inc. posted its results for the quarter and year ended Dec. 31, 2017. For the fourth quarter, net sales fell 1.8% to $786.6 million. However, Elizabeth Arden net sales rose 2.3% to $313.2 million. Professional segment net sales in the fourth quarter of 2017 slipped 6.3% to $111.8 million. Consumer segment net sales dropped 3.2% to $355.7 million. In North America, consumer segment net sales decreased 4.3% to $216.0 million.
For the full year, net sales soared 15.4% to $2.7 billion. This was primarily driven by the inclusion of Elizabeth Arden segment net sales for the full year ended Dec. 31, 2017, said the company.
