Kelly Solomon has joined M·A·C as senior vice president, consumer marketing. She leads the brand’s marketing strategy to engage and inspire consumers globally in today’s evolving and competitive beauty landscape. Solomon will report to Karen Buglisi Weiler, global brand president and Philippe Pinatel, SVP-global general manager.

In her new role at M·A·C, Solomon will lead and implement the brand’s content and channel marketing strategies with the goal of fortifying and engaging the M·A·C community globally. She will help ensure the development and execution of best-in-class consumer engagement strategies in the areas of social/digital, CRM/loyalty, omnichannel, consumer insight integration, promotional, communications, influencer engagement, and online and in-store initiatives. Solomon will be responsible for accelerating the execution of M·A·C’s social media strategies in partnership with Creative and play an influential role in shaping brand strategy with the M·A·C leadership team.

Most recently, Solomon served as the head of digital marketing at Samsung. She initiated and implemented the digital marketing strategy for the brand across all channels and consumer touchpoints, and oversaw all CRM, performance analytics and web analytics. Prior to Samsung, Solomon led and executed digital marketing strategies for L’Oréal and Godiva Chocolatier during her 20 year career.
