The awards keep coming for SkinGenie. The beauty tech company won both the the Innovation Award and the People's Choice Award in Johnson & Johnson's Quickfire Challenge.
"The multiple awards (note the plurality and refer to the bulleted list in my prior email) mean that we are creating a really valuable technology for beauty brands and retailers," observed SkinGenie Co-Founder and CEO Sindhya Valloppillil. "Our business is based on both cutting edge science and technology; our algorithm is dynamic and updated constantly and our database is the world's largest beauty database. We are live and already generating revenue from our app and enterprise business."
SkinGenie has earned several other awards in recent months, including:
• One of the Top 50 Retail Tech Startups Worldwide by Insider Trends;
• Spotlight Winner for the Beauty & Money Summit hosted by Kisaco Research;
• 2nd Place Winner at the Coty Digital AI Accelerator; and
• Selected by XRC for the prestigious Emerging Technology Showcase at the National Retail Federation’s Big Show 2018 Innovation Lab
The SkinGenie app is live, as is the company's enterprise business, said Valloppillil, who told Happi, "we are already generating revenue from several global brand clients."
