Schnittger is vice president of global microbiology and fermentation for the Estée Lauder Companies. He has been with Estée Lauder for over 30 years in the areas of microbiology and bio-fermentation Lab. This presentation will focus on the different areas of the developmental cycle such as preservation, risk assessment, product testing, counter hygiene, third party manufacturers and the potential risks and concerns in each of these areas as we meet the challenge of these changing trends.
