Improving on their place from the 16th most admired company in 2017, the Yorkshire-headquartered company was recognized at an event on Dec. 4 at the prestigious ‘Management Today’ awards at Claridge’s Hotel, London.
The awards, which are the largest of their kind in the UK, recognise key factors critical to business success across 12 categories, including quality of management, financial soundness and quality of products and services, the latter category seeing Croda ranked 4th best in Britain.
Steve Foots, chief executive of Croda, said: “For our innovative and sustainable approach to business to be acknowledged in this way is testament to the hard work and dedication of our people across the world. At Croda, we have a can-do attitude and a culture where internal and external collaboration is central to everything we do. I’m hugely proud that our achievements throughout 2018 have been recognised, especially as it is by means of peer review, with the highly respected board-level representatives, analysts and City commentators voting from across the UK.”
