Unilever has launched a new brand – The Right to Shower ($6.99-$11.99) – that believes that access to cleanliness is a fundamental human right along with the hope, dignity, joy and strength that can come from a single shower, according to the company. This year, The Right to Shower is donating 100% of profits from its line of gel and bar head-to-toe cleansers to mobile shower organizations like Lava Mae that serve this often-underserved need.
The gel and bar cleansers are available in four fragrances that were created to trigger powerful emotions and can be purchased on Amazon and in Whole Foods stores—a first for Unilever! The new line of head to toe cleansers are made with naturally derived ingredients and formulated to be multi-purpose and mild and gentle on the skin in 100% recycled packaging and recyclable bottle and bar cartons.
