Registration is now open for 38th Annual FDA Cosmetics Regulations Workshop from The Independent Cosmetic Manufacturers and Distributors (ICMAD).
The event will be held Thursday, May 9, at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, New York, NY. Here's the full agenda:

A featured presenter is Vic Mencarelli. In 2014, Mencarelli joined The Hain Celestial Group, Inc., in Lake Success, New York, as senior manager of regulatory affairs in the personal care division. Today, Mencarelli is the director of regulatory affairs for the personal care division. His career has spanned both scientific and regulatory positions including senior positions in microbiology for personal care products as well as leadership roles in regulatory affairs both at BASF, at Del Laboratories, and his current position at Hain. His current role includes significant regulatory intelligence tracking for the business.
Mencarelli has a BS in Biology from D’Youville College in Buffalo, New York, as well as an MS in Regulatory Science from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. Professionally, Mencarelli has been a featured speaker at several events of the SCC and the 2015 Cosmetic Compliance Summit all on China, as well as the ICMAD FDA Regulatory Workshop where he spoke on the topic of natural and organic claims in cosmetic products and multiple scientific and regulatory webinars hosted by ICMAD. Finally, Mencarelli is also the author of the Cosmetics chapter in the Fundamentals of US Regulatory Affairs 9th Edition published by the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society in 2015.
