DKSH’s Business Unit Performance Materials, a leading ingredients and specialty chemicals distributor, has partnered with Weylchem to provide advanced ingredients for personal care applications in France, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, China (including Hong Kong and Taiwan), India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, South Korea, Thailand and Vietnam.
Under the agreement, DKSH will market, sell, distribute and provide logistic services for Weylchem’s portfolio including:
DKSH was entrusted with Weylchem’s portfolio thanks to its network of 15 innovation centers for the personal care industry, on-the-ground regulatory expertise and large customer base of cosmetics manufacturers in Europe and Asia.

Under the agreement, DKSH will market, sell, distribute and provide logistic services for Weylchem’s portfolio including:
- WeylCare Allantoin, a proven active ingredient for cell protection (includes Allantoin EP/USP)
- WeylCare ATBS, a novel rheology modifier with outstanding skin feel properties
- WeylCare OctaPB and HexaPB, both non-ionic, surface-active agents, predominantly used as preservative support and boosters in paraben-free formulations
