Vantage welcomed Dr. Anne Young as personal care global product development manager.
In this leadership role, she will help to drive new product development across our personal care technical teams, as well as provide functional leadership for our personal care technical service, clinical testing, intellectual property and R&D activities.
She started her career in personal care in 2010 as a senior scientist at Johnson & Johnson Consumer & Personal Products where she led several new product development initiatives. Later she joined L’Oréal USA where she was involved in raw material portfolio management.
In her most recent position at BASF, she worked as technical account manager and helped in developing new business opportunities at global key accounts as well as indie brands. Young has filed several patents pertaining to use of peptides in the cosmetic industry.
