When Stephanie Miklosvary founded Lucky Chick Cosmetics, she envisioned the brand to be deeply rooted in art and rich colors. In fact, the artistic creations that appear on all Lucky Chick packaging come from Miklosvary’s mom Bonnie, a breast cancer survivor.
Art became a form of therapy as Bonnie went through breast cancer treatment. As she painted, each of her pieces came alive with bright, joyful colors. Each color from the collection is precisely picked from the painting of the Poppy flower created by the founder’s Mother.
While art and color are important components to the brand, Miklosvary wants others to see them as a way to connect and create connections.
“We hope Lucky Chick’s blossoming colors, rooted in art and grounded in nature are just the connection you need to tell your story and ignite your creativity, one tube at a time," she said.
Miklosvary’s cosmetics include creamy matte lipsticks, lip lacquers and liquid eye shadows. Experience creamy mattes without the dryness, lip lacquers without the tackiness and eyeshadows that stay on all day and don’t crease. As naturally beautiful as the products themselves, Lucky Chick’s products are vegan, cruelty free, paraben free, peg free, D-5 free, gluten free and made in the USA.
Miklosvary understands from her mother’s journey that everyone deserves an outlet for creative expression. No matter how uncertain life may be at times, color can be a powerful tool to change moods, transform situations and promote positive energy when needed the most.
